Matthew Zalick

Matt brings more than 20 years of experience to his role as business development director, where he leads customer-facing teams in sales, marketing and business development. His appointment to this role is a continuation of his progression through the company ranks.

Matt started his career at System Seals as an account manager, before taking positions in project management, applications engineering and international sales in Asia-Pacific. His entry into international business began in Shanghai, China, where he spent a decade expanding System Seals’ global footprint.

During his time in Asia, Matt navigated the complexities of cross-cultural business environments, leveraging his engineering background to provide innovative solutions tailored to the needs of diverse clientele.

Matt is an avid traveler and is obsessed with understanding food, culture, and influence. His multifaceted interests enrich his perspective and inform his approach to business, emphasizing adaptability and cultural fluency.
