New Chief Financial Officer

Fluid seal company embarks on an aggressive five-year growth plan

Cleveland – System Seals Inc., a research-based seal manufacturer focused on cylinder optimization, has named Patrick J. O’Malley as the company’s new chief financial officer. O’Malley will replace company veteran Jim Bell, who is set to retire later this year.

With extensive experience as a chief executive, O’Malley will play a key role in the direction of the company, including long-term strategic planning, capital improvements, business development, and mergers and acquisitions.

“Pat brings a level of experience that will help move this company to the next level,” said the company’s president, Arnold von Engelbrechten. “We have some very aggressive goals for the next five years, and it’s imperative that we have the right team in place.”

Before joining System Seals, O’Malley served as CFO for White Hat Management, the largest management group in Ohio serving charter schools nationwide. Prior to that, O’Malley was business development director for Enterprise Data Solutions, Inc of Cleveland and vice president of global finance for Sirva Relocation of Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

In the past year, System Seals has developed new analytic tools that enable its customers to optimize their industrial cylinders in ways that were previously not possible. The advancements are beginning to change many of the industry’s long-held standards and creating opportunities for System Seals to grow significantly over the next five years.
